You may also call SEAT @ 860-934-5234 to book your ride, but for best response, use the free app or web browser (https:\/\/spare-rider-seatconnect-production.vercel.app\/login).\u00a0 Payment of fares are required to ride starting April 1, 2023.\u00a0 We accept cash, One-Ride Passes and Token Transit.\u00a0 SEAT Period Passes, 10-Ride Passes and Transfers are NOT accepted.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>SEAT MicroTransit No Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>October 1, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A \u201cno show\u201d is defined as either not showing up at a pick-up location within the wait period or cancellation with less than two (2) hours\u2019 notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time.<\/p>\n<p>Excessive \u201cno shows\u201d decrease operational efficiency, increase operating costs, and negatively impact all customers who suffer a degradation of service.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, SEAT has implemented the following \u201cno show\u201d policy effective October 1, 2022, for all its MicroTransit service, which is currently the Stonington HOP and New London Smart Ride.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a customer no-shows or late cancels two (2) times within a seven (7) day period, service will be suspended for seven (7) days.<\/li>\n<li>A second suspension within a six (6) month period will result in a fourteen (14) day service suspension.<\/li>\n<li>A third suspension within a six (6) month period will result in a twenty-one (21) day service suspension.<\/li>\n<li>A fourth suspension within a six (6) month period will result in a six (6) month service suspension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A service suspension may be appealed to the Operations Manager, in writing upon notice of the suspension.\u00a0 A review will be conducted, and a written decision will be rendered within five (5) business days upon receipt of the written appeal.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_inner vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-9\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Download the SEAT HOP app on your smartphone;
