It was built in 2012, designed by DHK Architects for the city of Norwich, under the Norwich Community Development Corporation. Within the NTC, is a ticket office for SEAT fares, which is operated by the Norwich Parking Commission.

We sell ticket books and passes at both the SEAT Administration Office and the Norwich Transportation Center, and we offer Ticket Books at local Stop & Shops, with the locations listed below. SEAT also accepts mail orders, there’s more information on that at the bottom of this page.

- [SEAT Administration Office](https://equestrian.newenglandwebsites.com/rider-info/seat-administration-office/) - Southeast Area Transit District’s main administration office houses the bus depot and a primary office that allows easy ticket collection and pass purchases for customers. It is located just across the Thames River in Preston, CT. It is located at 21 Route 12, Preston, CT 06365.
- [New London Union Station](https://equestrian.newenglandwebsites.com/rider-info/new-london-union-station/) - New London’s Union Station (NLC) serves as a central hub for New London’s transportation, with a station serving both Amtrak’s Northeast Regional service and CTdot’s Shoreline East service, as well as functioning as our New London hub. From here we provide service via our Foxwoods Route, doubling as the Amtrak Thruway Bus service between NLC and FOX, using our Route 108 to Foxwoods Casino. Additionally, Greyhound Bus serves Union Station for long distance bus routes to help connect passengers for alternative destinations outside the area.
