The service is available weekdays and Saturdays between 6:30 AM and 7:45 PM.<\/p>\n<p>The Groton and Waterford HOP provides transportation within the eastern Groton area between Noank, Route 184 and Mystic and the Quaker Hill area of Waterford. The service is available weekdays between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM.<\/p>\n<p>HOP services use Spare Labs\u2019 SEAT HOP App or the Spare Rider App to request or schedule rides. You may also call SEAT @ 860-934-5234 to book your ride, but for best response, use the free app or web browser (https:\/\/spare-rider-seatconnect-production.vercel.app\/login).\u00a0 Fares are required; the one-way cash fare is $1.75.\u00a0 We offer a variety of pre-paid passes through SEAT&#8217;s free Token Transit App.\u00a0 SEAT Period Passes and 10-Ride Passes are NOT accepted.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>SEAT MicroTransit No Show Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>October 1, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A \u201cno show\u201d is defined as either not showing up at a pick-up location within the wait period or cancellation with less than two (2) hours\u2019 notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time.<\/p>\n<p>Excessive \u201cno shows\u201d decrease operational efficiency, increase operating costs, and negatively impact all customers who suffer a degradation of service.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, SEAT has implemented the following \u201cno show\u201d policy effective October 1, 2022, for all its MicroTransit service, which is currently the Stonington HOP and New London Smart Ride.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a customer no-shows or late cancels two (2) times within a seven (7) day period, service will be suspended for seven (7) days.<\/li>\n<li>A second suspension within a six (6) month period will result in a fourteen (14) day service suspension.<\/li>\n<li>A third suspension within a six (6) month period will result in a twenty-one (21) day service suspension.<\/li>\n<li>A fourth suspension within a six (6) month period will result in a six (6) month service suspension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A service suspension may be appealed to the Operations Manager, in writing upon notice of the suspension.\u00a0 A review will be conducted, and a written decision will be rendered within five (5) business days upon receipt of
